Booking and payment for apartments

1. In case of a successful booking, the consumer receives a written confirmation of the booking, which contains all the necessary information about the booking number, rate, dates of stay, the consumer's last name and first name, payment and cancellation procedure.

2. At the time of booking, the consumer pays 500 NIS , which is refundable only in the event of an emergency closure of the city by order of the Israeli government. In all other cases, this is a non-refundable amount.

A receipt is issued for this amount.

3. The remaining amount is paid 30 days before arrival.
